Every part of our zipline kit is crafted with child safety as the foremost priority.

1. Zipline Main Cable

Our zipline's main cable uses thickened 1/4 inch stainless steel cable, woven with 304 stainless steel material, 7x19 braided, with a breaking strength of up to 6400 lbs. Compared to other galvanized materials and 3/16 steel wire ropes, our 304 stainless steel cable has a stronger load capacity, making riding safer.

2. Zipline Trolley with Handle

Our zipline trolley is forged from 304 stainless steel and features double stainless steel sealed bearings to ensure smooth gliding.

The integrated handle underneath the handcart eliminates the risk of external screws becoming loose or falling off. This modular design keeps hands away from the wire and handcart, while maintaining a safe distance between the wire rope and the driver's head and hands during the thrilling journey, ensuring the safety of children.

3. Extra Long Zipline Spring Brake

• Equipped with brake springs of different lengths according to the main cable size of the zip line, ensuring maximum safety while sliding.
• The yellow ribbon in the middle of the zipline spring is to prevent tangling. When using, it is necessary to remove the yellow ribbon.

Precautions for Zipline Installation:

1. The zipline must be securely installed on a sturdy body or fixed point.
2. We recommend using trees with a diameter of 12 inches or larger for optimal stability.
3. The end of the zipline should be placed 6-8 feet above the ground, 2 feet higher than the tallest rider, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
4. Leave an additional 2-3 feet of space at each end of the zipline for cable clamps and braking systems.
5. Measure the distance of the runway and add 10-20 feet for a perfect fit.
6. It is forbidden to install the zipline above rocky ground, rivers, or other dangerous places.
7. Parents are advised to try the zipline once after installation to ensure that all components are securely installed

ZIPLINE INSTALLATION STEPS:

Installation of Zip Line Starting Point.

Step 1: Firstly, determine the starting height and wrap the tree suspension rope around the starting point. Make sure to wrap it around the tree at least once to ensure a secure connection

Step 2: Loosen the turnbuckle to its maximum length, and connect one end to the tree sling cable and the other end to the zip line main cable.

Finishing Point Installation Method for Zipline Kit.

Step 1: Install the Buffer Spring: Before installation, please remove the yellow ribbon inside the spring, and then thread the main cable through the cushioning spring. Make sure it is securely in place, providing a smooth and controllable experience for the zip line ride.

Step 2: Wrap the main cable around the endpoint. At the same time, use the recommended steel wire rope tightening tool, such as a double gear power puller, to tighten the zipline runway. After tightening the runway, use U-shaped clips to secure the steel wire rope. To achieve the fixing effect, please install at least 4 U-shaped clips and keep a certain distance between each clip.

Rotate the Turnbuckle for Tightening.

Use a wrench if necessary to rotate the Turnbuckle and tighten the steel wire rope. This step is essential for maintaining proper tension.

Install Zip Line Pulley.
