I ordered the 4 1/2 inch round led lights for an offer road hunting buggy. I have not used them at night yet, but look to be perfect for my application. Easy to mount and hook up. Came on time in perfect condition.

I now have had the opportunity to install both lights since I purchased them. They are bright, clean, and easy to install. But I say buyer beware, both lens covers have now disappeared and know where to be found. Does the adhesive used actually work? Think not!! Truly disappointed and will have to use until the now burn up, shame. So, beware, the lens are crap and don’t, or didn’t, stay in the housing. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Snowplowing backup lights for 1500 Chevy Silverado. I bought 3†diameter threaded magnets to mount these lights. (I would not go bigger on the magnets, 3†ones are plenty strong) I ran a wire off the backup bulb in each tail light and up to these lights through the rear-most stake pocket on the bed. I like them on top of the edge of the bed for snow plowing. I wired them through trailer plugs to the backup light power so I can totally remove them or move them down so they shine from the inside of the bed.

The brightness leaves much to be desired. If that is not a priority, these are definitely a great option. I had them hooked up to a 24V battery, which could possibly be the issue. But really shouldn't be. I bought these to install on my motorcycle trailer to help with visibility of the bed at night. I travel a lot in remote areas, and these don't offer enough lighting if I were to have to pull over in an area with no street lights. It's better than not having anything at all, but they don't get the job done for what I needed them for. For clarity, my only issue is the brightness. The lights themselves seem to be well made. They could offer a few more inches of wire connected to the light, just to compensate for potential mistakes when hooking up the wires. Outside of that, for the price... these are a good option.

Site said "Power: 140W/Pairs" or 70 Watts EACH. Simple math 70 Watts / 14 Chips = 5 Watts per chip. Look up ANY 5 Watt LED Chip "forward current" x 14 chips = 5.83 Amps (at 12 volts), EACH . I MEASURED 1.324 Amps for BOTH units on one 12 Volt circuit [see picture]! This is OHM's Law, NOT "Music Power". Wattage is calculated by "Current draw" x "Supply Voltage". Combined these units use 15.89 WATTS or 7.944 Watts EACH, N-O-T 70 Watts each! Including the LED CC/CV supplies, due to inefficiencies of the supplies, they should consume MORE power, NOT LESS! This is not some ancient mystic spell cast on these units, creating more power output than they consume.Other reviewers were right: "not as bright as I expected", "disappointed with the light output", "brightness not as advertised", "meh performance", "aren't as bright as advertised"Just be HONEST, SAY "About 16 Watts/pair". Don't lie and say 140 Watts!The manufacturer KNOWS these are NOT 70 Watt units, note the TINY wire gauge, not capable of handling 5.89 + Amps!
