When I opened the package it looked like a very long duffel bag with a round band of elastic at the end (like underwear - ha ha). I had no idea how it was supposed to be fitted but I got it right the first time by opening the elastic as far as it would stretch and hooped it over the TOP first. I couldn't believe how stretchy the fabric is. Now my dog can eat chews on the ottoman and I don't care if he make a mess (though I have not attempted to wash it yet). The only thing I don't like is the peculiar embossed 3D pattern. I didn't see that in the description and I would have preferred a plain fabric. Overall - it was a great purchase. I am very pleased and it really serves my needs.

I love this. I didn't have to recover an old ottoman my sister gave me. Plus could I even do it? Well I wasn't interested in doing that. The color is beautiful. My favorite color even. The quality is great.

I’ve had this for about 2 days and my cats have made it into a scratching post - which is alright considering it wasn’t expensive and it does work to hide my ill matching ottoman

We got this Ottoman cover to cover the scratching damage that our cat inflicted on our furniture. The material doesn’t match the sofa set EXACTLY, but coordinates beautifully with it and this cover is so well fitted and so nicely made that it actually looks as we replaced the ottoman! Measure carefully, and you will get an excellent fit.

The fit and manufacture of the khaki was superior.)- the stitching at the corners is unobtrusive when stretched- the upholstered part of the ottoman is 9.5 inches high, and the slipcover tucks evenly under the attached top cushion and stretches to cover the lower part to the legs as if it was tailored for it.- the elastic is wide and strong and fits snugly.- the fabric is decent, and the light relief of the slight pattern reduces the visual mass of the ottoman in the room.The khaki colour is a neutral taupe in daylight, but changes dramatically to an unattractive mud under our overhead lighting. We prefer to use floor lamps with a warmer tone, producing much less colour change in the ottoman.The beige is a cream colour, which turns to a light taupe/beige under those overhead lights. However, this unit was narrower on the seat, the seam stitching produced prominent corners, and the elastic was very tight. Returned..
