Covered a clutch line with this in a 2006 350z, super easy to use, the quality works well paired against my very hot test pipes, durability seems okay I’ll have to update soon, and it’s extremely sticky so be careful.

This heat shield wrap is an amazing bargain for the price you pay. The quality is excellent, it amazing adhesion when you need it to stay, but can easily be pulled off and reapplied.I spent about an hour wrapping my intake piping, and did a second layer. It was pretty easy to get decent quality out of it, all you need to do is make relief cuts in the bends when it starts to flex. Had I taken a little extra time, It might have looked better, but I am really happy with how it came out for how little time I spent on it.The heat reflection qualities are seemingly on par with other heat shield brands, so there's no complaints there either, Great product.

The tape depends on its reflective surface to work as a heat insulator. It is thin. It is tape. It's pretty tough and should hold up. You may want to use more than a single layer. I used it on top of a polished metal cold air intake tube for my car as a means to keep air insulated from engine heat. Takes a little work to apply neatly to a bent round tube as it has very little stretch. But it sticks well to a clean surface and is tough.

I used this on a couple different applications. And this tape has held true and is very sticky. Very impressed and happy with the results. Great value for your dollar.

I just got this to wrap wires in my engine compartment and I was impressed with how this doesn't tear easily which is good and bad. Good because it will hold up to twisting your engine harness but bad because you have to cut it you can't just rip it not really a bad.

I ordered the Silver version of this tape the first time and it worked great in my ovens. Stuck to the oven and held even at temp.This time I tried the black to match the silicon sheets it holds down. It is awful. It doesn't hold at temp. It melts and releases a pine tar smell. It leaves a sticky mess everywhere as well. I would never buy the black tape again.
