I'm so glad I chose to splurge on this cork sheet. I purchased 2 and was worried about the cost, but once I got them siliconed in to their terrariums, I was more than happy. They help give extra realistic grip to my pet's enclosure and help to maintain stable humidity levels. I've had them installed in their separate tanks (one maintains 70% humidity on average, the other around 50%) with no sign of mold after over a month. I'm very happy with the quality of this product!

Nice big sheets of cork bark made to fit the 18"x24" ZooMed enclosures. Sheets came in pretty flat, with just a very slight bow to them and that's just what bark does even after it's been flattened. When I go to use it I will soak it in hot water and then weight it to correct the bow while it dries. Bonus was that these were on sale for 1/2 the price.

Great background piece however the wood will curve from humidity. Set a weight on it on a flat table for a few days before installing

A perfect fit in the tank and looks so natural which is exactly what I wanted for my bioactive enclosure. It’s on the pricey side, but honesty I feel like it’s worth it because the alternatives are either a different prefab background that’s really fake looking or I spend almost the same amount and hours making a custom background. And unlike a custom, I can easily remove this if I ever need to.

The background is 17 by 23 made to fit an 18 by 24 terrarium and is clearly noted on the background's front label. I wish the specifics were clearer before buying 3 or more for a custom space. I now have a 3-inch gap that I was not expecting!

Perfect for a natural terrarium or vivarium if you don't mind the price. The bark really makes my reptile terrarium pop, but it comes with a price. A hefty price. I wish Zoo-Med would come up with something more reasonable that $40.00 for an 18" x 24" cork board.

Fits zoo med brand terrariums perfectly. Its about a half inch too wide for exo terra terrariums.Some times they are a little bowed in the middle so i had to silicone it in and apply weights until the silicone cured. If you dont do this step then crickets can get behind it. Also, i would place it as close to the top as possible and leave the space at the bottom so the crickets cant climb in the space between the top of the cork and the frame. Hope this review helps!

Vorsicht: Die Platten hatten bei mir nicht die angegebene Größe, sondern waren einige Zentimeter kleiner, als angegeben.Außerdem ist die Rückseite sehr uneben, was ein verkleben an der Rückwand schwierig macht, wenn man das Terrarium (z.B. aufgrund der Größe) nicht hinlegen kann.

Material is thick. Need utility knife to cut. Almost looks like tree bark. My snake will love it.
