Would like to give a shout out to the tech support specifically, Jar, homie came in clutch and was able to assist me with my issue within a matter of seconds... and literally seconds... Got to a point where I could not remember the password for my system, there is no hard reset button on the device, and he was able to assist and now I'm back in control of my system. Been using it for little over 2 years now. No complaints. Able to access from my phone and PC. Nice low end price but quality.

Had no problems installing or using but when I did need to do a playback on something to see who had tresspassed my property I got nothing. Blank no videos to playback and it gave me no disk found. I did all the trouble shooting I was asked but then when the support team expected me to open device and replace parts it all became uncomfortable. I have no IT experience nor do I have that type of equipment on hand. After a long back and forth I said can you just send me a replacement they said I had to send mine first. So I'm unprotected and an extra 3.50 out for printing the label. I send them an email telling them it's sent and mentioned the extra out of pocket. They received it on Tuesday and I msg them again yesterday Friday as to why the silence and why I don't have a replacement yet. I get a ms in the middle of the night that I didn't let them know when I sent it that now they have to have someone in the warehouse to see if they received it. Like wth I'm out my purchase price, no security and alot of run around. This is the worse experience I have ever had in many many years purchasing from Amazon. I beed a refund because I'm at this point done with Zosi!

The cameras work just fine, and the DVR and its software is easy, but the app leaves a LOT to be desired. Remote viewing is finicky. Sometimes the app will freeze and I can't swipe to look at the rest of my cameras, so I have to close the app and then re-open and then swipe as soon as it is loaded so I can see those cameras or it will freeze again.

I got this after my Q-See DVR died. I like the bullet cameras better than my old ones. Birds cannot roost on them and make a mess. It was easy to set up and use. I could pull up video on my iPhone and my mac. I had a problem with the network connection after 8 months and it turned out I needed a replacement. Jar helped troubleshoot the problem and Amy got my replacement shipped to me. Thanks
