Didn't hold up. Worked at first. Then it only worked plugged in one side up. Even though it's usb-c. Then just stopped working entirely

Pro's:I can connect this to any USB-C cable and charge my Apple devices that require lightening chargeProvides a very secure connection where you know it's connected when you feel that snapCon'sDurability needs work. These will be perfect on a flat table where USB-C is also laying flat on the table but when the cable is slightly bent, the adapter gets affected overtime and you'll have to end up fidgeting around with the adapter to get a charge.

These look nice and feel like they're made of decent material when you're holding them, but they did not work for what I bought them for: charging my AirPods Max (with Lightning port). Another review noted that they work for standard AirPods, and the Amazon AI assistant indicated that AirPods Max were supported as well, but mine would not light up despite trying each of the three adapters that my packet came with.

Last night, I decided to plug in my phone for an overnight charge. About 10 minutes into bed, I realized I had to bump up my alarm for an earlier schedule. I walked over to my phone, and had noticed it wasn't charging. When I tried to wiggle the adapter, it was scalding hot to the touch. It wasn't just burning hot, it was SCORCHING hot. My fingers were red! I endured a minor burn trying to pry this out of my phone because I panicked it was going to my damage my phone - I should've just unplugged the USB-C first from the power surge - but again I was panicking.I had to get to the bottom of this before going to bed. I waited for the adapter and USB-C to cool down. I first checked if it was my USB-C cable. I plugged the USB-C into an older phone and it started charging just fine with no heat build up. I then took the lightning adapter, plugged it into to the USB-C, then plugged the adapter into my new iPhone. Not only was it not charging, but the adapter immediately started getting very hot: like stove temperature hot!These lightning adapters come in three, and the 2nd one has been working just fine for now but imagine if I had just left the first one in my iPhone overnight! This kept me up for a good hour, and it also makes me paranoid what's stopping the remaining two from behaving the same way!Be careful using these: these are cheap for a reason! I'm fortunate that my house didn't catch on fire!

I loved the fact these tips went over top of the type C charge cord tip. They fit perfectly and had 0 issues with them whatsoever! Plus, they were well inside my budget,another bonus. The speed of the charging was not hindered at all either. Thank you to the Vendor! Great idea and great product!
