It's very soft, fits well (She's almost 12 yrs old, 6th grade about 5' tall and 90-95 lbs. I love it. Very good quality with the hood able to be removed.My daughter likes it, but the length is not to her liking so I will donate it to coats for other children in my city and buy a shorter winter coat for her.I do give it 5 stars though and another girl will love it, I'm sure of it!!! It's just not for my middle schooler who spends most of the -20°F wind chill weather inside school & doesn't have recess anymore 😔 or on a short bus ride home or in the car with me or in a store, ect. I recommend it for girls who do spend more time outside in really cold weather cuz it's definitely cozy, very warm & nice looking.

This is perfect for winter in the north! It’s thick, cute color, and the sizing is spot on. The zipper isn’t cheap and doesn’t seem like it’ll break. The outside is ridged to protect from the wind and snow but the inside is soft. Overall best money spent for a winter jacket!!

Purchased for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. The coat showed up earlier than expected. My granddaughter said it was very comfortable and warm, and fit her perfect. The quality of material seemed good. Great buy.

I like it. It fits my daughter well and keeps her very warm. We aren’t used to the cold weather so that’s a plus for me.It took forever to ship and deliver. I almost cancelled it after it pushed back the delivery date twice. Then it looked like it was going to miss the new date but made it close enough.

Our shopping experience was terrific and the coat showed up earlier than expected. My daughter said it was very comfortable and warm, it just wasn’t big enough for her. The quality of material seemed good. Will be buying another size up in the near future.
