I've used handheld and machine frother before, but this one makes it so easy in my morning routine to make sure I have a delicious cup of coffee. I start with espresso or dark roast, a shot of creamer, a shot of half and half. Pour to the mid line for froth, and in a minute or two, you have perfect froth and perfect hot milk (drinkable instantly, no need to wait depending on your sensitivity to hot liquids).This frother is temperamental as other frothers are with the type of milk you use, and it also differs on which farms whole milk. I've found lesser whole milks will not froth well at all, and some will give you too much with very little leftover milk. This is not the fault of the machine, but of the fat content in the milk, as all whole milks are most definitely not created equal. Allow a minute for the foam to set with the top off if you want stiffer foam, pour immediately for a looser foam.I've also made individual hot chocolate in it and it works very well ( I have not used chocolate pieces but only powdered cocoa, sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt, and whole milk). This came out super hot as it allows for time for all ingredients to mix properly.Top line measures to 1 cup of milk, perfect for a serving of hot cocoa.This thing has been used daily in my home, is very quick to clean, and quick to dry. I feel I already got my money's worth, and for the price, it's very well worth it.

Product arrived faster than expected and looks very stylish. I had ordered from another company, who after weeks of placing order and waiting, never sent their product. I am glad the other bad experience Ied me to ZULAY! ZULAY is a good company with a very inspirational story.The frother is made of stainless steel outside and non-stick inside. I spoke to company and hope they consider another material for the inside in the future, but for now this will do, as most other frothers offer similar quality and materials.I will stress that the customer service is OUTSTANDING and ZULAY is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and that is above and beyond most other companies. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!All material parts are accounted for and clear directions to begin use. The frother has a cold and hot feature that sets them apart from most and an option to froth or just heat.So far I am very satisfied with product and quality.

Key notes : customer service is amazing.Milk frother is STRONG!Easy to clean, takes rechargeable batteries and has a nice strip of ribbon to help get batteries out.My original purchase stopped working after the first few days, and I went through a troubleshoot with the company and after that not working, they sent out a replacement of my choice. To make up for the problem, they included extra in my package, which I really appreciate. Even a hand written note!The new frother I got has been working as it should. Definitely froth your milk THEN add it in your cup of whatever, because the motor is a beast.I used to buy those cheap IKEA frothers and every 6 months or so they’d break down and I was over it. This has been a worthy replacement and will be my go to for myself and gifts for others.The turn around time to get a response and plan of action with warranty issues is incredibly fast. This company stands by their product and makes sure the customer is happy with their purchase.I highly recommend this company, with real people, actual solutions, and a good product.

I am very happy with this frother. It is so powerful for such an inexpensive frother. I use it for all kinds of things like frothing milk, aerating wine, and mixing powdered drinks. It has so many uses. Plus it is cute and easy to clean.I was very surprised with how much we have loved this tool. I would definitely recommend.

I drink espresso and occasionally like to to it with milk foam. I do not really want to dilute it with milk though. I've tried and tried to front the milk with the steamer on my espresso pot (several of them over the years) but I was never able to get much foam. My first attempt is perfect! I microwaved the milk for 30 seconds, then used the further as instructed. I did it in my frothing jug. Within a minute I had tons of fine bubbles in the milk! The brother was easy to clean on looks beautiful on my counter. I can't believe I waited so long to buy this!

I’ve used this a couple of times already and each time I’m surprised at how good it is for the price. Every time it makes a perfect froth for my coffees and it’s super easy to use with just one button. The product itself feels a little cheap but it’s definitely worth every penny.

This product is excellent in speed, I bought the orange colour and love it, it froths milk really fast, you can also use it for hot chocolate or cocoa plus the froth helps your beverage stay hot longer.The button is easy to press, no spillage if you handle it properly and don't fill your cup before using you'll be fine.

This handheld milk frother has a sleek premium look and is great and doing its intended tasks. I use this to mix supplements, froth milk, apply syrups like caramel up the side of my cup for a Starbucks experience at home. Haven’t had an issues, very happy with this purchase.
