Update June 19 2022: Wonderment: solar panels have kept battery fully charged on both my cameras for a really long time now. This is new and I don't fully understand why, I made no adjustment to solar panels. I don/t plan on complaining about this.I got my second camera today and am happy to note that they made some improvements. Motion sensitivity has been given an adjustment slider from 1 to 10, previously they only had high and low and they have added an audible alarm triggered by human motion, if you need it. They have also added a shooting interval designed to save power. I see that they have included a lifetime warranty; nice feature. The solar panel looks smaller but has nearly the same active area because they made the bezel very small The mounting hardware is somewhat improved, locking mechanism is made of steel not some plastic which would strip out if tightened too much. This happened with my first one.Update Jan 3, 2021; I am happy to say that the solar panel has kept the battery charge at or near 100% during all of the dreary days we have been experiencing. Maybe the solar panel generates enough heat to melt any snow before it accumulates,Update October 10, 2020: This is the one to get. Solar5 Panel still keeping charge at 100% and WIFI reception is great. I am still struggling on how to delete history and, unfortunately, their service department has been less than helpful. I have grown accustomed to simply formatting the SD card when I want to get rid of history. frustrating but not a deal breaker.Update August 28, 2020: The battery hasn't dropped below 100% recently. I think the Solar Panel is doing a really great job of keeping it charged. It remains to be seen, however, how it well it will perform come winter.. It may be necessary to adjust the angle of the panel to compensate for the lower sun angle in the winter. We shall see and report if it is.Update August 9, 2020: This is really quite a good camera. It does, however, work considerably better if it sees 80% or better WIFI signal strength.There is an anomaly I haven't been able to understand and it has to do with video "History". There are times when I have no alerts and yet there are history videos that can only be deleted by reformatting the SD Card. (I'm not using the cloud). When this happens a check of the SD card indicates there is nothing written to it and yet format deletes the videos. I thought it might be the cache but deleting that doesn't get rid of history. I have asked the supplier on several occasions about and they try to help to no avail.==================================================================================The service I have received from this company is truly outstanding. I don't believe I have ever received service from any company that is as responsive and caring. It is appreciatedImage quality is satisfactory. I can't compare it to other cameras so I don't know what quality to expect in this price range. Setup was easy and Wi-Fi connectivity is good. The CloudEdge app for the iPhone does a great job as well.I like the fact that it has night vision and motion detection as wellI feel more secure knowing I will be alerted when there is activity in the watched areaAfter I have had a chance to evaluate this camera/solar panel for a while I will update my review again.Installed and working just fine. Some problems with Solar Panel Mounting, The plastic locking nut for the solar panel stripped forcing me to utilize a steel nut replacement. I have contacted the supplier on this issue. Also while setup is easy there are some things that need attention:1. Wait to install any SD Card until after setup is done, the camera wouldn't connect with it in (for me, anyway)2. I set mine up close to router like they recommend but when I moved to final location I had to set it up again.3. You need at least 80% Wi-Fi signal strength at the install location. I can't stress this enough.4. Be careful tightening the Solar Panel Black Locking (round). It is plastic and can strip. I think if you completely remove the mounting sleeve from the bracket and screw it to the Solar Panel first it might work better. I have added a photo of the bracket for clarity.Other than that this looks to be a great camera, very wide angle and great image.

I purchased two of these cameras in white, one with the solar panel and one without. I set them up with SD cards, which I formatted in the camera. I had two issues:I soon found that motion detected video clips were randomly becoming inaccessible from the "History" view. despite their thumbnails remaining in the "Messages" panel. I posed this issue to Zumimall customer service, and the very next day received this advice: format the SD card in a PC first, then again in the camera. I did that and the problem went away.The second issue I had was that the solar panel included with the white camera had a black back, cord, and base, despite the Amazon listing showing these in white to match the camera. I asked Zumimall customer service about this and they quickly responded that white cameras did indeed ship with black solar panels. However, as gesture of good will, they sent me a white panel which they did offer separately.So, very good customer service. As to the cameras themselves: they work fine. The image quality is quite good, as well as the motion detection. Audio is fair. Connecting to the cameras from the app takes longer than I would like, but all-in-all the performance is very good for the price.UPDATEI have found that power consumption is very high when the cameras are frequently motion triggered, even when those triggers do NOT result in video being recorded. Let me elaborate:I set one of these up at the front of my house, such that the field of view included the walkway up to the front door, the sidewalk, and part of the street. This resulted in approximately 1500 triggers per day, mostly due to passing cars. With humanoid detection enabled and a detection area set, the camera did a very good job of filtering and only alarmed (and recorded video) when someone actually walked up to the front door, typically once per day when the mailman came. However, this consumed a LOT of battery power such that, even with the solar panel, the battery ran down in about 10 days. I have since re-aimed the camera so it only sees the walkway. This results in only a few triggers per day (and the one alarm recording.) The solar panel is now keeping the battery at 100%.This is something to keep in mind depending on your application.

Super intuitive set up. I paired it with the pro endurance micro SD from Samsung - didn't signed up for cloud storage. It worked great for my needs. As a plus, no annoying reminders to pay for cloud storage. Nice design, you can communicate through it, there's an alarm and light options. Daylight image us in color, night time is black and white (you can always turn the light on for a bit to gave it in color if desired). Motion detection works well as expected. I'd say is a safe buy, no brainer installation as I had a great experience myself. No advanced technical knowledge needed. The app is clean, intuitive and just have what you need. Once set up with a SD card (or cloud) you can have a storage of videos and later on, you may search by date on their calendar. Also again, you are able to communicate live with someone in your monitored space (house, office etc) all that being remotely. Make sure your wifi is working for that. Really recommend it. So far no issues. It worked for a full month extremely well.

Llevo más de 1 año buscando una cámara con batería recargable, con panel solar, wifi y 4G (tarjeta sim) pero no hay en todo el mercado una cámara así, o es wifi o 4G.Ingresaron a mi domicilio, bajaron la luz y/o desconectaron el internet desde afuera y adios luz, cámaras y también grabación en la nube, pero con una cámara con las características que mencione , cortan la luz / batería recargable, y/o desconectan internet/ entra el 4G, ya sería el colmo que llevaran un bloqueador de señal de celular.Si alguien sabe de alguna cámara con estas características, dígalo aquí , hagamos de esto un foro ( kidding)Saludos

Die Kamera wurde sehr gut verpackt geliefert. Die Installation, Inbetriebnahme war in 5 Minuten abgeschlossen. Die Bildqualität bei Tag und bei Nacht ist sehr gut. Preis-Leistung passt absolut. Nun bin ich gespannt ob mich über die Zeit der eingebaute Akku überzeugt.Nachtrag: Ich habe die Kamera nun 1 Woche in Betrieb. Täglich schaltet die Kamera ca. 15-20 mal ein u aus. Der Akku hat nach 1 Woche und niedrigen Außentemperaturen (-5 Grad) noch 77%, passt also !

Je recommande.Juste pensez au panneau solaire car sinon il faut l enlever à chaque fois pour rechargeant..
