The original prv failed in my house and this unit was a direct replacement. One of the zones on my sprinklers kept failing to pop up and the prv was the problem. This unit fixed it and now my sprinklers work great!

My PRV started leaking in my garage from the pressure adjustment bolt. I tried to find one at Lowe’s or Home Depot but did not have them in stock. I ordered this past Saturday and was delivered next day! It took me less than 5 minutes to install but make sure you inspect the washers on the first Union joints. Also, you get what is shown in the picture. There is a different assembly that includes all of the hardware, washers etc. These are set to 50 PSI from the factory, I reset mine to match my old one. I highly recommend this and no more leak!

Quality pressure regulator, easy to install. Comes set at 50 psi but easily adjusted up to 75 psi.

Unit comes in flimsy, thin, box. Amazon then packaged it in a plastic bag. Transferred it to our great USPS for delivery. By the time I got it, the box was trashed, and the valved was bouncing around in the plastic bag. A stronger box would have prevented this, and, if Amazon would have used a box. For a hundred bucks this would not be too much to ask.

So frustrated with other brands that use plastic insert/liner in the valve (did not disclose), and vibrates! This is the brand that knows their business. 5 minute replacement, and BAM - all is well again ;)

Expect the adapter fitting to 3/4 for both end. You only get what you see in the picture, NOT in the VIDEO. I finally have to to go to Home depo to get the adapter $15. And this adapter is only fitting the inner thread so the diameter is smaller. It is not what we really want, because the higher flow so the lower noise in the water pipe. This is just working like Watt with 1/2 price higher !!!!!!
