Excellent kit for the do-it-yourself type of person. Has all the special tools that you will probably need to completed your task at hand. Beats using a regular set of wire pliers and a screwdriver. Worth the investment price alone in one brake job.

This tool set was fine. Didn’t work with setting springs as good as other tools, but was able to get the project completed. I would have probably returned the set, but felt bad because they were pretty grimy.

Worked well to replace the drum brakes on my Toyota Corolla. I don't need brand name tools for a job that will be a one-time replacement. Still saved a few hundred dollars on my brake shoe replacements, even with the extra expense of this tool set.
