I became a heavy user of this stuff...I had a source where i could get nearly empty rolls, damaged rolls, etc.I found untold uses for this double-sided tape. It's only limited by your imagination...handling it can be like Origami using fly-paper but you'll eventually figure it out. It's like instant glue...very handy.This version is thicker and over-priced in my estimation but stick with the name-brand. lolThis newer stuff has a complicated classification system...the LSE stands for Low Surface Energy materials.Check 3M's website and try to find the lower-priced general surface use stuff. This is for hard to adhere materials like paint, powder coat, etc. It can be hard to remove backer, helps to have hobby knife or dental tool to get backer to start to separate.

This tape is easy to use and the hold is very strong. I made some chip bags for a party and I had no worries about the paper coming apart.
