Pretty basic, it's typical plastic, though I do like that it's clear unlike other varieties frosted look so I can fully see the color of the drink inside. Everything works perfectly, with only one minor complaint. The lid is near impossible to twist to a closed or open position. Whatever position you put the lid in is what it's going to stay as, unless you pull it off to change the direction. I've given up and leave it in an open state and hope I don't spill when it's full, other than that, everything else is as expected and perfect for its uses.

I like that you can see through it to help keep it from getting moldy inside and it has the measurements on the side. It’s slightly more than 2 quarts which is the right size for crystal light flavored drinks. I use it for iced tea too. The lid doesn’t turn smoothly but hopefully will get better with time. The pour spout is a little broad or wide too so I need to be careful when pouring it in my water bottle. It needs to be more narrow. Thank you!

I thought i was ordering a replacement pitcher for my tea maker. This one is more for storing drinks. It is very durable.

So many pitchers are too large. This is a perfect size. I haven’t had it long but it appears to be good quality.

I like the fact that I got item in 1 day. Unfortunately item didn't fit but Kohl's fortunately is a return location and it was an easy return.

Unfortunately, the lid is very hard to turn, to take on and off. This is a deal-breaker for me. Do not want to have to deal with this with a full pitcher of liquid Ugh. Otherwise, pitcher is fine, but the manufacturers need to create a lid that one can easily turn or pull on and off. It makes you wonder whether they tried this themselves before putting this on Amazon?

We do a lot of juicing at our house and always need a good pitcher. The top to this pitcher fits snugly in the pitcher itself so the chances of it falling out while pouring are slim. So far it hasn't happened. Washes up well in the dishwasher as well.

The description stated that it would fit the Mister Coffee iced tea maker and it does not as it is smaller. Secondly very difficult to remove the plastic lid as it has to be pried up and does not remove easily. Personally I wasted my money!
