I love the look of this elegant-looking two-tone watering can in my garden. It’s also well made. To me, this is much nicer than having a plastic one. It’s smaller than I expected, but I’m happy with it.

Yes, this watering can is smaller than the plastic ones you're picturing from the garden center at your local big box store. However, I find the size to be perfect. You can completely fill it without feeling like you're lugging around a bowling ball to water your plants. Good size for potted plants, looks nice, and feels well made. Very happy with it

Beautiful, functional, convenient size, shape and dual handles allow good body mechanics for ease of use and carry. Smooth, thick paint, I assume over cold-galvanizing, with nice, smooth welds. The detachable rose is useful, though I never unwrapped it to try the fit.I intended to leave this outside on a covered porch, and specifically liked paint layered over galvanizing, since we live near salt water. But tiny chips in the paint on the bottom rim showed me firstly that the paint will chip, and secondly, in that location it will allow rust near the bottom seam sooner, so I was afraid it would start leaking after the first season or two.The tubular spout brace is also not seam sealed, so moisture getting inside is another place where rust will start at seams. It needs sealing. If it were only decorative, or for occasional use and stored dry indoors, I’d keep it; It’s lovely! But this is for my outdoor porch plants and garden starts, and not a good choice for leaving outdoors in salt air.We returned this one, and found a hot dipped galvanized heavier gauge steel can. That one cost 50% more and isn’t nearly as pretty, but will probably last 10 times as long, based on our experience with previous watering cans.If it’s for decoration and indoor use or storage, this is a good value! But I’m a coastal dwelling gardener with heavier than average needs for my equipment. Otherwise, this is a really good choice, if gently treated.

I could have had the purple one in two days, but I chose to wait 3 weeks for this shining, classic green. It was the right decision. My plants have survived, and my husband is happily smitten with our watering can. I asked him to fill it with water and put it on the front porch for me (I have to manage my walker and my oxygen concentrator when I go out.) He rushed to do that, then came back in a while and asked if he could water my planter boxes.

Small but very well made, convenient to use, lightweight and beautiful. Highly recommended for someone looking for a small sized water can. The handle design is great, feel no weight at all.

I purchased this can for the rustic aesthetics. Over time (approximately 6 months), the inside of the can began to deteriorate. Also, the head leaks from the holes after pouring. Just make sure you have a rag with you to catch those drips. Overall, the can does what it is suppose to do, but not built for thr test of time.

I have it on my patio as decoration but it’s also sturdy when used for watering my pots. The only downside is it’s small. Only holds a gallon of water. But I like it!

This is a great smaller can - I use it for my porch plants; the sprinkler head is fine enough to give a good "rain" type dispense of water AND it is pretty enough to display sitting beside my plants and water barrels.
