Been looking for a good coupling device for my workout bars. Something easy, quick and cheap. Well I finally found it it here! They are easy to attach, easy to remove but hold tight as needed. I've tried all the new couplings, the plastic, the huge metal ones that look just like these small ones but when I put my bar down, the bar is held off the ground by the clips so those didn't work. Plastic ones took two hands and not quick, on and off. I bought the eight set ones that look like these BUT do not work at all! So, I bought these and they are perfect! Do the job well, Four for $17 bucks and are very user friendly. A winner in my book!

Way too tight to remove or put on 2â€barbell. almost lime they too small. but it does the job.

At first I thought it did not fit but after a second attempt it fit perfectly. Check the size of your bars prior to ordering.

Nothing fancy. They get the job done. Needs constant adjustment if you are really getting after it.

Inaccurate description. The clamps do not fit on a one inch diameter bar.
