I bought the 200pc and got 199. Out of 199, 197 of them were consistent in thickness, cut cleanly, and mostly sanded smooth…I’m sure it’s all machine done. It’s no big deal for me to rub it against a fine grit sand paper on a handful of them. It’s light weight and shows some of the wood grain. As for the size, it’s not 1â€, it’s slightly less, I posted a pic to show it on a ruler. It is the exact size of a US quarter and perhaps 3x thicker than the quarter, I posted a pic of that too so you can see for yourself. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I’m using them to create lottery number divination coins so I personally don’t care if it’s not quite 1â€. The idea popped into my head so I’m going with it! For my purpose, it’s actually perfect they are the same diameter as a familiar quarter. I’m using an ultra fine point sharpie and it writes perfectly well on them without bleeding. So many craft ideas with color sharpies and these “coinsâ€. I’ve used bigger sizes with acrylic art paint and that also works well. I would buy it again when I need more, there’s a lot of different lottery games!

Im very happy with these little wood circle tiles. They are unfinished wood and are pretty smooth. They're just the right size for my crafts and I can't wait to get started. They will take paint, stain and decoupage well. Well packaged and a good value!

ðŸ˜OMG these are wonderfully made as described. The finish is nice and smooth. The color varies but it's all good cause it adds uniqueness. They are the size of a quarter and the depth of two quarters together. I am using them for jewelry. What I love abt them is that I can be versatile with them. I can even punch a whole in them to create different style for my jewelry line. The phot called for 60 count.....I actually received a 68 count. I loved that because it offers corrections if you made a mistake.I am definitely keeping this vendor as my go to. I do recommend and will be purchasing more in the future.I will do an update when I have put together my EarLove pieces.......so stay tuned

You can paint them -- or even just use a set of various permanent markers -- to customize tokens for each player character (putting their name on it) and because it's two-sided, you can vary the design so one side is them upright and fine, and the other side is them "hindered" in some way: unconscious, prone, etc.I also made three sets that I numbered 1 - 12, each of the three using a different color scheme, each having a "heads" and a "tails" side. So now we can have tokens for up to 12 monsters of a sort, with at least 3 different kinds of creatures present. I also made a few pieces I labeled "A" through "E" to represent various other characters, from friendly NPCs, special one-of-a-kind enemies, and etc.However you decorate them, I highly recommend also applying some sort of clear coat to protect the marker/paint from smearing or rubbing off onto whatever surface you're using these on. I didn't do that the first time, and one overzealous player rubbed the piece into the vinyl mat and smeared the artwork all over (it wasn't intentional, he really thought it'd be fine). Good news is, the vinyl mat wasn't stained. After applying a protective clear coat, they're all good to go now.I wish I'd thought of making these sooner, because they really are convenient, highly portable (I keep them all in a single ziploc sandwich bag) and super affordable. Plus, you can buy these in larger sizes if you think you'll need them. I got the 2" and 3" circles as well.

Not quite 1 inch but very uniform at 15/16†or 24mm. Used these for a magnetic knife block to cover round N52 magnets. After using a 1 inch Forstner bit, there was space around these, so I grabbed my micrometer and they are indeed exactly 24mm. Nice snug fit with the right size Forstner.

I use these as bases for D&D miniatures and they are the perfect size and consistently good quality. I also use for various crafting projects and work great with 1" metal discs with adhesive backing I found here as well and magnetic tape.
