I am 100% satisfied with this product and have no reason to try another.If you have ever tried to get your coated lenses (eye glasses, cameral lenses, lens filters etc)clean but failed. This is the solution for you.For my anti reflective coated eyeglasses I would get very upset with trying to get them cleaned withoug smudging. No matter what I tried I could rarely get them clean.But then came Formula MC. It never fails to impress me. It makes cleaning lenses a no brainer.Basically I treat the process just like waxing a car. Just drip some onto a micro fibre lens cleaning cloth and rub it on both sides of the lens in a circular motion and let dry.. only takes like 30 sec. Then buff out (again in circular motions)using a clean and dry area of the cloth. DONE! PERFECT EVERY TIME! Could not possibly get any cleaner.Try it you will love it!!! Have a lot left still but am ordering 2 more bottles in case I can't find it again for some reason!!

This product is good as its state, it does not leave stain mark on my Hoya multicoat lens. I brought this cleaner and hopefully to remove some stain marks on my Hoya Lens, but it could not. Maybe the lens coating is damage.

This stuff is slow drying and does leave some residue, easily removed by wiping breath fog. Not impressed. My ancient bottle of detergent-based plus alcohol cleaner works better, and the old Kodak lens cleaner was to my memory much better. It does work, but don't expect anything super-duper.

I've been using this for more than ten years on fine camera lenses, filters and on my eyeglasses. This is the stuff to get. It leaves no smudges when used with a clean lens cloth. One drop is sufficient for a lens or for use on eyeglasses. There is a version of this in a spray bottle that they advertise for eyeglass wearers, but it applies much too much. This works much better.

update: got this and it works great. Better then any general purpose lens cleaner I have used. I bought enough for my lifetime, I think and will use in conjunction with other more special purpose products as need arises. But one bottle is both my camera bags - one for film, one for digital.

This is a great product that really cleans lenses well. The "waxing a car" technique, as another reviewer described, worked very well. Using this with makes lens cleaning easy. Before touching the lens with a cloth, I use the . A great trio that I keep in my camera case for any occasion.

Camera lenses have very delicate coatings, some newer ones - nanocoatings, so ordinary glasses cleaners are not good enough. I've been using this one for several years and am pretty happy with the results.
