My plants arrived today. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I was nervous, because it took almost 9 days for me to receive my plants once mailed, I just knew they would be dead on arrival but all my plants arrived with little green leaves. All the plants look very healthy. I'm so excited for strawberries in the spring.I know there are conflicting information on what to do with them after they arrive, some say to plant right away some say to soak them. I chose to soak since I'm waiting on my planting tower. These little guys perked up so nice in just 24 hours, when I put them in the pot with water they didn't come over rim of the pot. Just look at the picture in less than 24 hours they are searching for the sun.Update: second picture is 3 week growth after putting in dirt. I'm still very pleased. Will keep updating this review until I get strawberries.Update: delivered on September 25th and on November 6th I have my first 🌼 flowerUpdate: Ive bought twice from this grower. My first shipment all the plants survived and my second order I only lost two plants. I live in South Georgia, we did have a hard frost a few times and I covered the plants, all did wonderfully over the winter. Im growing them in baby pools since strawberries dont need deep pots to grow. I pinched off the flowers all winter to help the plant grow and stopped doing this in February. Being their first year Im not expecting much but I get a few strawberries I can pick each day. So far Im very happy with my purchase.

First time I have ever grown strawberries (or really anything). I had no idea how to make these plants, that looked completely dead, start growing again. I put 6 in peat pots with soil, and 6 in my Aerogarden (I had received 2 extra plants). I made sure not to cover the crown of the strawberry, and not to waterlog the soil. They sat on shelf in my kitchen for days, not looking like much was happening. The Aerogarden plants started growing first (after a week or so, I started to notice small changes) then a few days later the ones in soil started. I slowly acclimated the soil ones to being outside, and eventually moved them to a vertical planter. I pinched off the first few sets of flowers, so they are nice and green, but I have just now let them start flowering. For a while there, I really thought the plants were either dead, or I had screwed it up and killed them, but all 12 started growing eventually. I am very satisfied.I would not put them in the hydroponic again. They grew more quickly and got bigger much faster, but once I moved them to soil, they did not respond well. After looking into it, it can take weeks to months for them to recover being moved from the water solution to the soil. So next time I will just start them all in soil.

I bought these to see if I could grow them in my hydroponic tower. They arrived in a week just as described by seller and within a week from planting they’ve already started growing leaves. I order the 10 pack but received 12 roots instead and they ALL are growing well and look healthy. I cannot comment on the instructions since I did not follow them but if you were looking to try this for hydroponic growing I definitely recommend.

Plants arrived very dry, even more so than I think should be. Very little to no sign of life. They sent 1 extra plant. I have kept them watered but 7 of them didn’t take. Hoping they magically come back to life. It’s been several weeks so I’m not counting on it. Strawberries put off runner plants so hopefully that happens to make up for money spent

Will preface this by saying, I just received the plants about a week ago, so can't yet speak to long-term development and fruit and will update the review as time progresses.I can say that the plants arrived healthy, despite the obstacle of it being the middle of the summer here in Florida and them having been stuck in a hot mailbox for two days.I didn't exactly follow the instructions (very detailed online guide is available). It was late in the eve when I got the package. I unwrapped the plants and put the roots into water over night. I throughly rinsed them off in the morning and planted directly into their temporary home into a 10 gallon fabric container on our patio, under a shade sail. We are in zone 9, so it is pretty hot this time of year and "full sun" rarely works in our container garden.Checking on them daily, they looked like they were settling in well, new leaves developing and on day five a few of them are blooming...So far very happy with this purchase!

OK so i didn't have any instructions but...Its not that hard to plant strawberries. I set some in a NFT Hydroponics system and a few in buckets. I also put some in soil but i think they will not make it. So far i have 4 that are thriving and the rest look sad. But that is more my fault, had my well pump go out and was with out water for them for a few days after planting.

I received the bareroot strawberries & was excited to plant them and get some tasty strawberries. Well that wasn't the case. They were extremely dry and shriveled looking. I placed in water to revive them and I did plant about 6 that looked like they may have a chance to survive. I waited, watched, babied them, etc. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They just all died. I will not buy this again from here. I will purchase from reputable sources. Thankfully it wasn't that pricey.
