I have been using these thermal rolls for the last 6 or 7 years. they are a direct fit for our receipt printer. They print perfectly and I have never had a problem. Will buy again when I need more.

I used to use BuyRegister, but this time I gave a try another brand, Gorilla Supply, because it was cheaper. I was curious about the differences, so I compared the weights of a roll for each brand. I found that Gorilla was 0.71lbs while BRR was 0.54lbs per roll (photos shows in grams). If both papers have the same thickness as advertised, why there is a difference on weight? After using both, I feel that Gorilla is much thicker and has more quantity than BR. BR is smaller and more expensive… From now on, I will buy receipts from Gorilla.

I use it at the restaurant, pretty good so far, not the greatest quality but gotta helps save the environment, so the paper is not as thick. Working great with the printers I have. No issue so far. Print quality is as expected. And no issue with the ink.

I bought the same 55g thermal paper from both BuyRegister and Gorilla Supply, expecting them to have identical weight and paper length. However, it was immediately obvious that the roll from BuyRegister was significantly smaller and lighter. To confirm, I decided to measure it myself—take a look at the results. I’ve included photos for reference. Be careful when purchasing from BuyRegister.

I have purchased this thermal printer paper twice to use with our square register and star terminal. It works great and It is a good value. No issues with compatibility, just open your printer insert and close the door.
