He sleeps on this alot .he hasn't chewed it at all he likes the heartbeat . It makes him sleep better. Great quality and the heart beat is quiet but loud enough and sounds real. I think he thinks it is his brother or sister. Perfect size too. Glad I got it very happy.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this plush toy for the price. The velcro pocket is extremely strong. The heartbeat part really has a nice sound and also vibrates. It soothed me too. My puppy loves it and cuddled right up to it. The heart appears to turn itself off automatically after 8 hours. It just takes 2 AAA batteries so no risk of puppy ingesting any button batteries. He lies on it like a dog bed and doesn't try to chew it. I won't use it without supervision though.

It's cute, as described, soft, works. Heartbeat doesn't sound like a real heartbeat and is louder than I expected.My little dog will lay next to it but won't lay his head on it. He doesn't like the heartbeat.Reason might be because he was abused and abandoned so I don't know his history as to why he doesn't like the heartbeat. Maybe other dogs will like it.My recommendation is to try it.

Arrived fast, soft, going to use for 8 week old pup. It has the simulated beating heart that I hope keeps him asleep during the night. We’ll do other things if it doesn’t work, but first things first. It is also supposed to be a chew toy, so I’m thinking I will take that heart out when sleeping isn’t something he’s going to do. We’ll also start kennel training early.

I adopted a dog who loves animals but is afraid of humans. I was recommended by the vet and a friend to try a dog with a heartbeat for companionship/ not to feel alone. I got it and was hyped to try the product but he didn’t even acknowledge the toy and was completely uninterested. The heartbeat is a vibrate and unrealistic.
