I used this for a general 2 jaw puller. Worked good. Puller arms could be a little better quality steel (there was some deflection), but it performed well enough. One of the few Chinese made items that works like it should. Good value at this price.

Blew the centrifigal clutch on my ancient Land Pride Trecker - Pulled the thing out easily with this gear puller.

I have yet to use these for pulling gears, but I have used them while working on suspension components when the component-specific tools failed. I think the track-bar ball joint on my F250, pittmann arm joint, and maybe one of the tie rod ends were broken free using this tool easier than the tools made to separate tapered joints.
