Had a bent bottom rail on my sliding screen door. Because of the configuration of the rail, this was the perfect tool to straighten it out. $20 tool that I can use forever vs, $200 - $300 for a new screen door.

I used it for the first time using it yesterday on an install job. I have used Malco in the past for years beating on them with a hammer trying to get slips and drives off of ductwork/plenums abd never bent. This piece of crap smashed from one swing of a hammer and now jaw ends are misaligned, THEY REFUSE TO TAKE BACK BECAUSE I USED A HAMMER. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE. JUNK JUNK JUNK... take my word for it, been in the hvac business since 1987... buy Malco or any other brand

I purchased this tool to make cleaner bends and folds on a rain gutter installation I am doing.The angle offset of the duckbill is less than ideal, meaning that when being used, the tool body tends to get in the way of performing the work. Ideally, the duckbill would be offset nearly ninety degrees.This would require more tool engineering and re-design, something the tool manufacturer probably want to avoid.Tool will be useful only for straight-on folds and as a clamp.Too bad.
