These bits are great. I use them in a table top drill press to drill my PCBs. I had been using standard wire style bits with good success but I had a great deal of skating and breakage due to my drill press not holding the bits quite vertical. These bits have a nice shank that keeps the bit perpendicular to the PCB and I actually finish drilling my boards much faster and much more accurate. I've drilled about five boards with approximately one hundred holes each without a problem.
