They have a nice chrome finish without flaws. They seal bevel is nice and sharp, and set with with the cold expansion.Remember - these are PEX A expansion. If you say they are too big - you were probably looking for PEX B. Not the manufactures fault if you don't know the difference.These are a good quality valve, and have had zero issues with Efield.

Works great to allow a connection from 1/2" expandable pex to toilet or faucets. Very good quality, feels smooth and sure when turning of the water.* I am not a plumber, but have completed a number of small to medium sized projects with iron, copper and pex A and pex B. I have found Pex A to be the easiest, most forgiving and by far the fastest option.*

Seems like a decent enough valve. Similar feel as angle stops from big box stores. I ordered a 10 pack, put 8 on and had one leak from the stem.

These are Pex A expansion Pex and worked great for my new plumbing in my airstream I added these shut offs for the sinks and toilet. No leaks. I used the DeWalt expansion tool.
