The knuckle spacing made it so that we couldn’t use them on the stairs. They would have been fine on a flat run. The return process was simple. Too bad, the quality seemed on par with ones I checked out at the big box stores.

This company is really frustrating!I have one order of single twist that has a powder coated finish. I needed another order. They are a matte finish. I did not select a finish with my first order so I assumed it would be the same with my second order. It is not! Order all you need the first time because you have no clue what you will get with the second order.

I’m using these to create unique string light poles for our backyard patio, and they are just perfect for this purpose. One of the features in the listing is that you can cut these balusters to the length you need, and I found that to be true. I was able to easily cut these with my angle grinder, but that doesn’t mean that they are fragile - they are solidly constructed with a consistent powder coated finish.I’m joining two balusters together and adding a light pole that was originally intended to be installed on a fence. I cut off the fence bracket and used metal glue (epoxy) to join all the pieces to create a unique light pole that won’t overwhelm our patio.

These black powder coated metal iron balusters have a nice design and are of good quality.
