Each end does contain a 1/4″ round hole that is required as part of the powdercoating process and usually is hidden during the install as these bars will be glued into holes at least 1/2 inch deep on both sides.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the partial refund I received for this recent purchase of Wrought Stair Iron Plain Spindles. The product I received was subpar in it's quality paint chipped, and despite providing evidence of the damage, I was only issued a partial refund.Given that the product was of poor quality, I believe I am entitled to a full refund in accordance with Amazon’s return policy. I have attached photos of the damaged product for your reference.Could you please review my case and issue the remaining refund amount?Thank you for your assistance. They worked for me. There were a few bent ones, but I didn't need the whole box so it worked out OK
