Worked perfectly to update railing. We could not remove posts due to flooring. These affixed to the existing top rail and to the floor with separately purchased brackets. Updated a 1982 home at a reasonable price.

I was a little unsure about buying balusters online. These balusters from Antsky are fine. The single basket baluster is light that is because it is hollow mild steel. The double spoon balusters are slightly heavier and have a better quality. Both are similar to the ones we find in the big box store. They are easy to cut and flex a little for easier installation. I bought the satin finish which looked fine. The balusters were nicely packaged and individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall, the product was fine. The drill bits provided with the package are ok. You will be happy if you buy good forstner bits to make your job easierThe issues:1) Some balusters were thicker and a 1/2 inch shoe does not fit. I will attach a picture for reference.2) Some balusters had red dust on and inside them which spilled on my rug and stained it as I pulled them out of the wrap. I will attach a picture3) Some balusters were chipped exposing the bare metal. I had to apply some touchup paint to hide the chips. I will attach a picture.I would recommend that you buy some extra balusters because some will have issues like the ones listed above. You don't want to stall your project if you run short of usable balusters.I could ignore the issue with the chips and the dust because they can be cleaned and touched up but the few thicker sized balusters were not usable with a shoe. It is money wasted with the unusable balusters since they are part of a bundle and cannot be returned individually.

These are beautiful black powder coated iron balusters. They have a smooth satin finish and no irregularities in coloring or coating. We got these to update our '80's wooden spindle stairway. We had to trim the length of the balusters, and drill holes in the banister and knee wall, other than that - this was a fairly simple job. We alternated these knuckle balusters with straight ones and are thrilled with the finished look. 5 Stars.

Like the others that claim to be wrought iron on here these are not. These are mild steel square tube stock. I gave these three stars because they are heavier and thicker wall than the others on this site and do provide some structural stability where the others do not. Finish is good but again these are not wrought iron.

I know these balusters were designed to be used in a banister or on the railing of a deck but I got them to trim out a backyard space where I’m building a secret sanctuary in my garden. They are a beautiful addition to run along the parameter stuck in the dirt holding up the bamboo privacy fence running in front of the chain link.
