Plantation Instructions 1. Soak the seeds in water 24-36 hours, seeds will imbibe water it needs for Quicker germination. 2. Transfer seeds to a wet bounty paper towel and place it a ziplock bag tightly. 3. Wait for atleast 8-10 days, check zip after 7-8 days, make sure the paper towel is wet and mositure, add water if needed. 4. Once sprouted Do not let the shoots get too long and thin as they may get fragile and break when handled. One of the shoots will have some ruffled growth at the extremity; this is the shoot that contains the first leaves (cotyledons) and should be the shoot exposed to the sun. 5. Plant the seeds about ¾ inch beneath the soil surface with the ruffled extremity to the sun. Plant the sprouted seed(s) in a commercial band or a peat pot using a high quality potting soil. Sandy loamy soils will work well also. Use a pot that is at least 18 inches deep if this is the final home for the tree. Note: This is germination moringa seed, not for edible, eating or snacking purpose.

I’m very happy with these moringa seeds! They arrived on time and were well-packaged. I soaked them in water for 24 hours before planting, and 10 out of 12 seeds germinated, which is a fantastic success rate. Highly recommend for anyone looking to grow moringa! 🌱💚

All of the seeds sprouted. A few things I experienced: At first, I followed all the advice from YouTube—placing seeds between wet paper towels in a Ziploc bag, peeling the shell off, refrigerating them, etc. and then planting them in potting mix. None of them sprouted. On my second attempt, I planted the seeds directly from the package into the soil. I used 6 pots filled with soil from my garden and 2 pots with store-bought garden soil. This time, all of them sprouted. I'm in zone 9B, and I think the summer heat and warm soil temperature are what they need.

After a hurricane took out my moringa tree, I bought a pack of seeds from a company with a great reputation and is very well known by gardeners. There were only maybe 10 seeds and NONE germinated. So I took a chance on this one and WOW.... You get a huge bag of seeds and I had 100% germination! I am very, very happy.

Received the seeds on February 9 and did not do anything with them until February 15 as I wanted to wait for the coldest nights here in Arizona to pass. Rather than soaking these for long periods, I just soaked them for a hour or so and then sowed them. The first ones, I sowed into the ground, and one into a container that was outdoors. About a week later, nothing was happening with those, so I sowed some without soaking into a container that I kept indoors on a seedling heat mat. It is February 27 and both the seed planted into a container outdoors and the one on the seedling mat about a week ago have germinated. The ones in the ground have not germinated yet but I suspect once the ground is consistently warm, they will sprout.Good seeds for the value. I did not have success with the lengthy soaking as described; that seemed to just rot them.

Very poor germination. I got two plants from one hundred seeds. Packet said mature seeds but some seeds were hollow and crumbled like chalk when pinched. I planted these seeds in batches, soaked, unsoaked direct in the soil, in a dish, in pots, in garden beds, some sun, full sun. I have a green thumb and a very experienced gardener. I am used to growing moringa from seeds and cuttings. These seeds failed me.
