We used these on our baby budgie that had spraddle. We had to take one of the connectors off another piece to double the space in the middle and fit our budgies tiny legs but it was still easier than having to cut and recut vet tape. These are much better than the European alternatives which were stiff, didn't stretch and were unusable.

They are easy to use but didn't stay on my newborn duckling's feet, so I couldn't use them.

We had a couple chickens and a couple quail that had splayed legs. The quail are super tiny we just took off an other piece of the black middle piece and added it to another to make it smaller and it worked fine. The quail were better by the very next day.

I bought these when I started incubating duck eggs. Luckily I only had 1 with spayed legs and tried one of these out. I don’t think these are for ducklings or anything larger. Pulled its legs to close together I ended up using bandaids which worked excellent. There videos on YouTube to show you how. I do think they would work well on smaller birds just not for me

I love that they will expand if needed for the chick to be able to walk better. They came as I thought they would and helped my chick get back on its feet in a few days.

Easy to apply. Fixing Splayed Legs on a Lovebird baby.Yesterday morning this two week old baby bird was completely doing the splits on the regular, as the splay worsened lately. It started out like it could not get a grip on the walking surface very well. Then it would do the splits. Now that the bands are on, the bird is learning to walk on the grippy surface.Today the baby was playing with her snuggle toy and walking around the incubator. We applied these last night with immediate wobbly results, and today it’s like a new bird. Much stronger. We found two bands to work better for us than one or three bands. We were happy to hear of this product and eager to try.We will keep the bands on for about 3-4 days and see how the legs are then.Lots left in the package.Came in a couple days.Well made.Soft material for the band and central part so it’s not going to rub on the birds leg. We’re very satisfied with the product and results. We recommend this product if you have a young bird of any type that has legs that are not lined up properly. It holds the legs to be in proper alignment and the bird will begin to grow with their legs under them.Sorry I didn’t take a before picture.
