The package I purchased has many hundreds of safety pins!! I need them to pin socks together & several other uses. They are a great value for the money, very reasonably priced, just the right thickness, they are very well made & very sturdy. The size I purchased is probably a medium...I love them & they do have several uses around the house...Reminded me of the diaper pins we used in the 60's!!! These are great pins for all household & various uses.

I am a quilter and use these pins to baste the layers together before sewing. I like brass so they don’t leave black marks in the quilt to as nickel plated pins are apt to do. The size 1 are small enough to maneuver around yet large enough to easily handle.

There are a ton of them and they are pretty basic. I had a hard time getting through some fabric so wonder if they needed to be sharper? Otherwise, good!
