These T Nuts measure 9.95mm in width, and single-slot 4040 calls for an 8.3mm opening. They are 18.9mm in length, which could fit in 4040's 20.5mm channel, but the threaded protrusion is also 9.95mm wide. These can't be used with 4040 in any capacity.
