This would be great for smaller tubing. My idea was to use this as clips for greenhouse I was building for my planters. These did fit but bit too small as they would fall off. I would make sure you size all correctly and packaging came in great with no issues!

I have a family garden and I am adding hoops over rows this years for a number of purposes: netting against insects during the summer, frost cloth in the fall, and greenhouse sheeting for some plants in the winter. This looked like a large quantity of clips for some of these purposes. Theses large clips were made differently from others I have received with garden hoop kits in two ways:1. They are made from one piece of plastic with no spring. This makes them rugged and strong in some regards. If they push onto the rod and secure the cloth or plastic material being used, they hold securely.2. The opening is larger than most of the clips I have received.The Good:- I have rods in lots of diameters: some are the thickness of a pencil, some are smaller, and some are three times the size of a pencil. These clip did not grip the thinner rods with netting material. However, they are good at gripping 6 mil greenhouse sheeting onto smaller rods (pencil diameter).-The clips grip several layers of greenhouse sheeting and hold it securely to smaller rods. The clips did not fit around larger rods (3 times pencil diameter) shown in the second picture bottom.-The clips holding greenhouse sheeting to smaller rods did remove easily. Some of the clips that come with kits are a beast to remove, even with thin netting.The Bad:-Nothing, if used with the right material. They do have limitations because the solid plastic clip has flexibility limitations.This product met most of my expectations. More flexibility would provide more applications.
