I did not give 5 stars because these metal buttons were shorter than the ones that I was trying to restock. In other words the 1mm shorter button would not work with what I had left. Why can not things retain uniformity instead of slight changes in size ? I was hoping to reuse what I already had and use these ones I just bought to finish out that inventory. They are different.

It wasn't until I was well into the job I purchased these for that I discovered that the posts that get flared on the top part of the snaps are a totally different size than the posts on the underneath part of the snap. This means that using a snap tool, the lower half of the snaps are a breeze to fit but the tops get kinda mashed/squashed/trashed and result in some cases, multiple tries to get a snap top fitted. Why aren't the posts on the top and bottom the same size like just about every other pack/kit available? Stay away from these folks, not worth the trouble when there are plenty of kits out there that offer uniform sizing with the all the snap parts. Cannot recommend.

I had high hopes before ordering this product. It was delivered in a timely manner. But as you can see from the first photos the snap on the left is what I have been using. Nice even flare on the curl which will have stronger holding strength. The snap that I order on the right in the first photo is of a thinner gauge of metal and split, making it prone to pulling apart when trying to unsnap. Also as you can see in the photo the tool that I use is adjustable for different types of snaps it is not of cheap quality. My conclusion is the snap that I ordered from you is of a thin metal and not of any use to me and would rather return them to you for a refund of something with greater strength.

I had bought the kit and ran out of the snaps. I ordered more snaps for my arts and crafts items. I made phone case holders with the snap long enough to wear around your neck, especially for people who are elderly and have to hold onto banisters, but yet be able to have their phone on them
