First time using, we lifted it up and it only went to about 8ft and stopped, cable came off pulley and will not go any higher and won’t come all the way down to 4ft. There is no way to disassemble to send back, therefore they won’t give me a refund or help me come up with a solution to return this. There is no way of getting this into a box to return, item is useless to me and now I’m out all this money. I do not recommend buying anything from this customer!
