This was a gift for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. It is made very well, I don’t expect the metal to tarnish at all, and it is pretty when the light is on and the snowflakes are rotating all around the picture.

I received a similar lantern several years ago and my mother-on-law always raved about it. I purchased this and love that you can choose to listen to the Christmas music or just simply enjoy the beauty of glittering cardinals. Can be left out all year in my humble opinion. She loves it!

I am in love with this water lantern. I think it is magical and will point my kids towards the real meaning of Christmas! The statues inside the lantern and a lot more realistic compared to other ones I looked at. It is true to the measurements given. The music quality is good but it is SUPER loud… I wish you could turn it down. I’m happy there is an option to turn the lantern on without having to play the music every time. There is a battery option but also a way to plug it into the wall (comes with a cord but no base). I was so sad to see that mine came with a scratch in the glass in the top left corner. I will be contacting the company for a replacement and hope the next one doesn’t have a scratch but I will update my review accordingly.

Love these snow globes, very pretty with the light and swirling snow. The music is a bit loud for my tastes but can be turned off.
