A Thick & Stiff Tubing For Higher-Pressure Application
Braided reinforced tubing is made of high quality PVC material, extruded with a variety of fiber cords in the wall. This process increases tensile strength and limits elongation of the tube to resistant to kinks, abrasions and corrosion.
Vinyl tubing is clear for easy monitoring of fluid flow, smooth interior and exterior that prevents sediment accumulation and allows easy flow and flushing.

Standard 1/2 inch for Water Filter
1/2 inch inner diameter tubing works well with most barbed fittings and connectors. Reinforced PVC tubing features an open weave inner-braid and thick wall that makes it tough enough to handle pressures up to 200 psi.

This hose provided a perfect way for our HVAC condensate pump to dispose of large volumes of moisture/water gathered by our heat pump during our very humid Southern summers. It is strong and resists damage from misplaced feet (or other objects) that might happen to step or laid on it.Though it is intentionally stiff, it can easily be flexed around objects and can be cut with simple cutting tools. With this hose, we replaced 25 feet of white, PVC drain pipe that was always growing algae and clogging up...creating a flood in our basement. Since the condensate pump generates a pressurized stream of water through the hose, algae or other HVAC crud has no chance to bond and grow as it did in the old PVC pipe which relied on gravity alone to carry the condensate water away. Using vinegar or other drain line cleaning agents doesn't seem to bother it at all. This hose is good stuff!!

This tubing is -TOUGH-. Very difficult to cut, even with a very sharp cutter.Unlike some tubing makers with -fake braiding- this is layered with obvious braiding.I colored the tubing so the braiding shows up.I expect to get a long life out of the tubing on my UTV attached boom sprayer.The roll of tubing was easy to unroll and did not retain a 'rolled shape' so it was easy to measure and install.Spraying WD-40 on barbs made quick work of sliding it on.I would recommend this -Eastrans brand- of tubing and have bought more in a different size..

Used for extending reach on a bleach hose and an extension pole to reach higher on my house. Light weight enough to do this task and hose clamp held under modest tank sprayer pressure allowing me to reach an almost inaccessible blind spot. Allowed me to avoid getting up on a ladder.
