Perfect size for making individual quiche. Easy to pop the tarts out of the baking tin. Non stick is very easy to clean even with egg on the mini tart tins, it cleans right off without elbow grease needed. Will be purchasing again so once I get into another baking mood I can make two dozen quiche to store in the freezer for my husband to have easy breakfast options.

What a lovely thing. And if you roll your dough right, you can get 8 circles out of each crust. I love setting a nice holiday buffet with some very different desserts and what better than a variety pack of small pies and tarts. They make great quiches too. I had a little difficulty blind baking them, but then again, I have this problem with full size pans also. I find putting all of them onto a baking sheet and then into the oven makes getting them out a heck of a lot easier. I do wish they would offer some sort of instructions or better still some recipes designed for 8 tartlets. Anyway, you can get the hang of it by trial and error, and no one has turned down any experiments that turned out less than perfect.
