I love using this 12" perforated pizza peel for taking anything out of the oven! It’s lightweight and non-stick, making it super easy to handle. For heavier items, it does require a bit more skill, but overall, it’s a great tool for baking. The adjustable handle is a nice touch, and the included pizza cutter is a bonus. Highly recommended!

The PeelI only put on one section of the handle because I don't have a large wood-fired pizza oven. If I did, the long handle would keep me cool. I usually make a 14" pizza, so my comments reflect that. The peel surface is plenty big enough to manage a pizza. I would prefer it if the surface were stiffer. The flex isn't bad, so this is a minor thing. I make heavy pizzas, and I am not worried about it slipping off. It's also easy to clean.The CutterMeh. I usually use a cutting wheel, but I was open to a curved blade. This one isn't it. It would be fine for a 12" pizza but not a 14" one. The blade is slightly longer than the pizza, so you must line it up perfectly. It's not that sharp, so you need to put some weight behind it. I couldn't get a clean cut with this blade. If you need to rock it back and forth, it's hard to keep it in the same spot, so it needs to work the first time, every time.
