This wooden pizza rack was exactly what I needed and the craftmanship was impressive as there were no chips or dents to be seen. Each peel are beautifully made and very high quality. They're very smooth to the touch and light weight for easy pizza launching. I would make a bunch of pizzas and leave them stacked in this rack so guests can easily start to eat a slice or two while they are freshly made and hot. I also make them in bulk and leave them on the rack before I freeze them for my kids to pack for school. Everyone in my family has some kind of food allergy and this significantly helps reduce cross contamination as the pizzas can be divided by the different shelves and not share a same platter. One of my favorite features is the easy clean-up as the peels are made with bamboo and mineral oil to prevent any sticking. I just rinse it under warm water the little food residuals just slide right off. I've used the serving side of each peel as a charcuterie board as well. This rack has been so space saving and very convenient for our family.

I bought this product thinking worst case, even if I don’t use it, it is 4 very nice looking bamboo serving paddles or cutting boards. Just got done putting it together and I’m thrilled! This is a well thought out product with great quality. The packaging is superb with everything well-protected. As I had bought one other small item from Amazon the Slyced box came inside a larger Amazon box…but think it would have been fine either way. The instructions and photos are well-written and clear to understand. There is a QR code for video instructions but I didn’t bother. It assembles with 12 nice allen head bolts that go into embedded anchors in each piece…very solid…and the allen key is provided. Nice 3M stick-on rubber feet for the base. The finish of all the pieces is very smooth and just has a real quality feel.I intend to use it with my Roccbox to speed my process for small parties. I do not plan to launch from the paddles as experience tells me that will require bench flour (flour/semola rimacinata/semolina) to prevent sticking. Instead I will use the bench flour while they are on the paddles in the Slyced cabinet but transfer to my slotted anodized aluminum Gozney launch peel where I can shake away the excess prior to launch.Only suggestion for an accessory product for Slyced to create is a 12†metal mesh cooling rack option that is sized to slide into the rack’s slots once pizzas come out of the oven but prior to serving. This is the best way to preserve an excellently baked crisp crust.-Tim Dykema

This is great when you are making multiple pizzas. Easy to launch, then flip it over and cut and serve your pizza. Left 4 stars because one of the peels split down the middle after about three uses. Could use a little better quality testing.

This has made pizza night so much more manageable between making and serving multiple pies! One of the peels cracked after the first use and Tom from Slyced was so helpful in replacing it.

We are so disappointed to open this up and find a massive crack down the side. It was a gift for my husband and very sad that we can’t use it.

I would happily rate these peels 5 stars but the handles are woefully short.I bake in the Arc XL which is 23 inches from the opening of the oven to the back. These peels have an overall length of 17 inches, with the usable part of the handle being just 3.75 inches, so there is just no safe way to launch a pizza to the innermost spot of the oven with them.The dimensions are listed and I wish I had realized that before I ordered them and in fact, I was going to return them when I held one in my hand for the first time, but they are so beautifully crafted that I thought I'd give it a shot, nope. I baked 8 pizzas in a single session and the launches were all sketchy. I managed to get one launched to the rear of the oven but it was like playing the old game Operation with hot edges all around, blah.Anyway, I have a friend who is a craftsman and he's going to try to extend these handles about 5 and half inches (fingers crossed!), otherwise, they'll be completely useless for me. Dang it.

This was a pretty good price and works quite well for making the pizza and sliding into the oven (when used with 1-2 tablespoons of semolina flour). Right before adding to the oven I have to jiggle the pizza to make sure it will slide or add a little more flour. Before I bought this I used the large metal peel that came with the oven and the dough was always sticking.It cleans up with a quick wipe and dry. I’m not sure I would use it to cut on given some other reviews mentioning durability so I use a plastic cutting board that goes in the dishwasher instead. I have also not tried to use it to remove the pizza with as I have been using a 8 inch metal turning peel for that. But for making and inserting the pizza it works great.

** UPDATE **New pizza rack received promptly and it really is a fantastic product!! ORDER ONE!! You won’t regret it! It is an absolute game changer for preparation of pizza parties and makes things really easy and so enjoyable. Such a great company to deal with and you really are in safe hands.Ordered for a special occasion. Was excited but opened the box on my husband’s bday to find 2 panels completely broken. Was really disappointed as it looked absolutely great, really nice quality and we couldn’t wait to use it for our pizza party. I contacted Slyced directly and Tom has been incredible. He explained that they had some stock damaged through no fault of their own and that he will provide us with a replacement. Having several family businesses of our own we realise that damaged stock is a real nightmare. Will update further once replacement is received but I have been very impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company so far. I would urge anyone in the same boat as us to contact Slyced direct! Also Amazon says ‘we don’t know when this item will be back in stock’ which made me more concerned than I needed to be. Such a great product and I thought that I’d missed out but actually Tomhas reassured me that more stock will be available in around 3 weeks time and he was able to supply us with a replacement when Amazon doesn’t have any stock left. Thank you Tom and we are excited to received our pizza rack.

I was eyeing this up for awhile before finally taking the plunge. The quality is excellent and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Considering the price of a single, high quality peel this set is an absolute bargain. I always had problems with laying pizzas all over the table and taking up a ton of space. This makes the whole process a lot more convenient and helps to add to the fun.I had a minor enquiry for the company and have reached out to them via email. The response was immediate and really great. Really impressed all around.

These are very good quality and good looking pizza peels. Definitely not worth paying extra for the Ooni ones.

*Update, Slyced responded through Facebook, no issue with sending a new base which looks like a revised design (stronger): all fitted, perfect service! Now to make some pizza...!Great piece of kit, but bottom piece arrived broken. Contacted seller to report fault but no response.

Crafted well with sturdy acacia wood, these pizza peels are easy to handle and make transferring pizzas much simpler. Each peel feels durable, and the wood has a lovely finish that makes for effortless cleanup. Aside from pizzas, they work well for serving various foods, giving a rustic touch to presentation.
