I’m really impressed with the quality of both the peel and the rocker cutter, which is solid, heavy and sharp. I wanted this style of cutter to replace those little wheel cutters that are a pain to clean and don’t cut with precision. This cutter is great and comes with a safety shield for storing. The wooden handle attaches easily to the peel and folds just as easily for storage or you can hang it by the attached leather loop. I was pleased with the packaging as well.

It fulfills its use obligations. I would not say it's super high quality, and the squared-off edge of the peel might cause some issues if you were cooking something really thin or heavily sauced...

I've been making pizzas outdoors on the Weber grill and this peel works really well. With some flour the pizzas come off nicely onto the stone, the metal is the perfect thickness, and it folds for easier storage. Easy to clean too and not too heavy. Really nice design and would recommend.

I recently got a Uni pizza oven, and didn’t want to pay the price for the expensive Uni pizza spatual. Therefore, I turned Amazon and found these. I love that it came with the pizza cutter, cause who actually likes those hand Roley ones? The pizza spatula works perfectly, and the pizza cutter was amazing. Just one quick chop in each direction, and cut through perfectly. It also comes with a safety shield so you won’t cut yourself not very happy with these purchases, especially for the price.

Well designed and strong. Works well if you use the right flour but can be sticky like any other metal vs dough. Good value

The handle is very small and more annoyingly, the dough always stick to it, regardless of the amount of flour used.
