I love it; it's very sturdy yet thin, allowing you to get under any pizza you might need it for; I use it for homemade pizzas cooked on a pizza stone, and this comes in very handy for handling those fresh pizzas.

Beside the benefit of a folding handle, I think it's the right length for a home kitchen. I've used it for both pizza and bread.

We bought this peel to use for bread that is baked on our pizza stone. I wanted an aluminum peel as I felt that it would hold up better than wood peel. So far it has worked great.One thing that we really like is the way the handle folds. This makes it much easier to store out if the way.

The peel that came with my Bertello's pizza oven is perforated and would not allow the dough to slide off into the oven (as it would stick in the perf's). This allows a smooth transition. I've used flour (and at times, corn meal) to assure that the dough does smoothly slide off. It works well.

it's perfect and easy to use. much safer than what I was doing before with pizzas where you just put it on the racks, no pan.

Good feel works well but I wish the knob was not so large so I could use both sides.
