Received the turner right before Christmas and used it once. It worked perfected and as advertised. The size of the turner was perfect for my Ooni 12 Karu and I will continue to use it. The quality and weight of the turner is good as well.

This Pizza peel is amazing. I really love how sturdy it is as well as how low profile the handle to peel transition is. It makes actually using the peel super easy and practical. The handle is super sturdy and the hardware connecting the peel to the handle is very durable. This thing definitely feels far from cheap and is a much nicer quality then I was expecting, especially for the price. I would Highly recommend this to anyone needing a peel and especially to anyone with pizza ovens that they use regularly. I use mine in a green mountain grills pizza oven attachment that is attached to my RecTeq RT700 Bull.Originally, I received a pizza peel where the handle was cut upside down and the threads therefor were on the wrong side. I had initial difficulty getting in touch with the company but they have since reached out and were incredibly apologetic and ready to fix the issue. After they saw my original review they informed me that they were looking into why the email didn't work and would fix it going forward. Once I was able to get in touch with the company they were fantastic in trying to fix the issue.

So I'm trying to get into making my own pizzas at home; and not because some of the pizza shop pizzas aren't good - some are good, but some are also really awful. But over the past several years pizzas have become crazy expensive. But, making your own pizzas requires a little planning and some equipment. One of the must haves is a good pizza peel. Now I have three of them! And, as silly as it may sound, this one may be my favorite. You can't really launch a pizza from this peel ... I do think raw dough would get stuck, but it does make turning the pizzas, which is really important and hard to do if you are using a pizza oven, much easier. When I opened the box I did think it felt a bit flimsy compared to my bamboo peel (or even my large, flat metal peel), but it actually bolted together quite well and it feels nice and solid ... just not real heavy duty. That said, it does exactly what it is supposed to do and I find I use it more than I thought I would. Really, you can't go wrong for the price (it was less than $20)!

I use the paddle to turn the pizza in an Ooni oven and it works very well, perfect size, easy to handle. Good price and quality.

Sturdy aluminum, works great to rotate pizza once it is in the pizza oven. Not good to put uncooked pizze in the oven, but once it starts to cook and once pizza is done this thing works well. Handle is long enough to keep hands away from heat.
