My family has started making homemade pizzas and needed some pizza peels to transfer the pizzas into the oven. This two pack works perfectly for the larger pizzas.

Gotta use cornmeal to get release; good in a small oven. Good value and you get TWO

Just okay for using once in a while but not as good as hardwood.

Works great. Dough slides right off. Just watch if your oven is deep you’ll need a glove or your hand gets burned.

I use this to remove frozen pizza from my oven. Then cut into slices right on the peel and eat off it. I wish I had bought these years ago.

These are exactly what the picture shows: simple plywood shaped into pizza peels. They do an okay job for me, which is to slide an aluminum pizza pan onto the floor of my oven, and after 5-6 minutes transfer the pan to an upper rack, and then to ultimately remove the pan to the countertop. I use them like gigantic spatulas. Under no circumstances would I ever use them as a traditional peel. If you decide to try them, hit ‘em with some butcher block oil. They’re really dry.Edit: I take it all back! While these are still simple, dry plywood, I use them as traditional peels every time I make a pizza. The plywood construction is what makes these so effective. After you oil them, they take a dusting of flour like you wouldn’t believe. Throw a pinch of flour on them and rub it around, and they become completely nonstick. Love them. Just ordered two more.
