These are great. They came in a vacuum sealed plastic package flat as a pancake and felt real thin. I put them in the clothes dryer for 10 minutes to fluff up and almost doubled the thickness. Micro wave on high power for 4 min 50 seconds no problem. Warm to the touch but well within the safe range. Buying another pack for stocking stuffers at Xmas.A lot of reviews are marked down because of thickness. If you take out of the bag and fluff in the clothes dryer they get a lot thicker. I would give another 2 stars if possible.

Gave them to coworkers as small gifts for Christmas. Had many comments about how great they are. I’ve used these at home for several years and they’ve held up well. Great price too

These cozies work well! Yes, they are look pathetic and sad upon delivery due to being shrink wrapped. I thought...'did I waste money?' I opened the package and threw them the dryer. Well! to my surprise, they turned out great!I am happy. My soup bowls fit well inside. I love to be able to feel the warmth of the bowl and not burn my fingers.I plan to use these as stocking stuffers for xmas.

Upon arrival they look cheap and wrinkled so much so I didn't think I was going to be able to give them as a gift. Then I decided to put them in the dyer and viola they perked up and filled out just like the picture on Amazon's site. Feel nice and I'm sure my people I'm giving them to will like them. Putting them in the dryer and how they came out was a big relief !

These are perfect for putting in the microwave with the item to be heated. However, they are thinner than expected, probably due to being vacuum packed for shipping. A little time in the dryer made them fluffier.

Great product. I’d first bought ones like these at a craft fair, handmade and quilted for $10 each. Great for soup etc. These are a good option however some are thin and some are thick. I Put the thinner ones in the camper as they would not work to protect the wood dining table, nor are they thick enough to protect hands while carrying a bowl of hot food.
