Steps 1: Shut off water supply
Steps 2: Open Handles to relieve water pressure from faucet
Steps 3: Unscrew faucet handle with Hex/Allen Wrench
Steps 4: Screw off & remove cartridge nut
Steps 5: Pullout and remove cartridge
Steps 6: Insert new cartridge
Steps 7: Reassembly using steps 4 through 1 (reverse chronological order)

This faucet cartridge is almost identical to the Moen brand, and works just as good.There is a slight difference when I begin to rotate the faucet to turn on water;With the Moen cartridge, water starts running after turning 10 degrees of rotation, and with this replacement, water starts running after 15 degrees of rotation. It is noticeable but not at all objectionable.This is the first one I tried, so I don't know if they are all that way.

I bought a pair because I had one faucet cartridge break on me. I figured that I'd replace the broken one and then hold on to the extra. But the first one only lasted maybe 3 weeks before developing a drip. So I used the 2nd one to replace it. Inspected the 1st one and found that the inner parts wouldn't spin the same as the outer part when spun. It's as of they became disconnected internally. The 2nd one just failed yesterday. Same problem. Terrible product. They lasted just long enough not to be able to return them. Learn from me please.

Costs much less than Moen OEM cartridges. Work just as well as OEM so far, just finished installing. Pleased with purchase, they did the job I needed them to. Though Moen guarantees their faucets for life and will supply new parts, the parts continue to fail after time and you must contact them for replacements and wait for them to arrive in the mail. A lifetime warranty does not cover labor to replace these items which will fail in less than a year causing an annoying drip and adding to your water bill.

Perfect fit, should have taken 10 minutes to install, however I hadproblems with our water shut off valves. Since the water shut off would only close 99%,the cartridges would not go all the way down and I ended up having to shut all the waterinto the house before I could clear out all the water in the fixture. Once I stopped waterflow, the cartridge easily slid right in.

Lasted about 6 weeks, started dripping, within a week hardly any water comes out and now the valve just spins with no water coming out. Do not buy!

Cuando và la cantidad de agua fugando, creà que debÃa comprar una llave nueva, sin embargo, busqué el reemplazo con el fabricante, pero compraba solo un cartucho por el precio que pague por estos dos cartuchos. Desarmé y limpié toda la llave, use un poco de grasa de silicona para lubricar los anillos de goma y roscas de la llave. Quedó como nueva y con poca inversión de dinero.

Hola,Ambos cartuchos funcionaron bien durante unas semanas, la llave de agua caliente, empezó a gotear otra vez y la llave de agua frÃa como que se dejastuto y ya no cierra como cuando era nueva.Al revisar, desmontar nuevamente los cartuchos, el del agua caliente se desarmo, el del agua frÃa la parte interna del cartucho como.que desajusto y hay que buscar la posición para poder cerrar la llave.Ahora ninguna de las dos llaves funcionan correctamente y el goteo es mayor.Me urge cambio...QUE DE PUEDE HACER??
