Manufacturering quality is EXC, ie black matte grip is smooth & easy on the hand + attachment hardware is all inclusive w/screwdriver included. The 12" size seems most versatile & fits in more spots. Once attached & started using in busiest areas, you'll notice your "blood pressure" is lower (not always having to think about what you're going to grab on the way down OR what to use pulling yourself up). I have 4 of these in home now.

The hand hold is easy to install assemble and install. I changed out the wall screws for larger, longer stronger crews for a more secure feel. I wish the plate from the grab bar to the wall was a little thicker so it didn’t flex. It does fit nicely in small areas.

We used these at the top of of stairs to help getting out of stair lift. Worked great and good design.

These handle bars we had installed in our garage, to help us up the 2 steps. They were easy to install by our handy man, look neat and clean but provide a true sense of confidence and control for both of us to be able to safely and securely gent into our home, via the garage area and the steps to enter our home.Reasonably priced as well. My husband placed these in our den, so that I will have a handle to hold while going up to the kitchen. Best thing ever!

The installation directions were vague. We tried to follow the instructions but had difficulty, so we called the customer service number. All extensions were supposedly busy so we left a message and call back number. We never received a call back.
