The first one I received was kinked very badly in 3 places. The company uses too small of boxes. One place was so thin that I had to send it back.The second was much better, still too small of a box, and one kink. I put a broom handle inside to straighten it out and then put it on hot asphalt in the sun for a day. It straightened it right out and the kink too.

The old factory hose leaked 👎 it was NOT smooth bore inside ! That’s why the factory instructions say to leave the tank empty till you get to the campground 👎 , I boondock , no hookup’s when traveling the tank would leak 😡 now it doesn’t 👠the hose was a little expensive

This was a great solution,when using clamps, the smooth part makes more sense when clamping. Less wear on tubbing!

I reckon this tube does what it is supposed to, and I understand it’s for a special application, but although it was a perfect fit for my new tank spouts, I had a terribly tough time trying to find fittings that would work as a splitter. Everything was either too small to seal or too big to fit, especially at Lowe’s. I ended up finding some PVC barb fittings at the local mom & pop hardware store that were still a bit too large, but I managed to sand the barbs off enough to make them just small enough to barely accept the tube openings. I got the job done, and the quality of the tube appears adequate, although it did tear on me while trying to slide over the fittings because it was too tight. I would have just gone straight PVC had I known this would be such a hassle to use as I had planned, but I wanted to be able to modify the setup later without having to cut glued connections. Maybe I’m just ignorant when it comes to plumbing.

Fast Shipping, exact replacement. Original installation length was 43". Ordered 5' because of the way the hose is configured. Wanted to make sure clamping area without the wound support was at the attachment locations. Would have never had to replace this fresh water holding tank fill hose if Forest River had installed the tank properly and secured. Three inches of side to side movement in the tank caused the connection to leak after wearing out the hose at this connection. Probably a common practice in the industry. Secured the tank so this would never happen again. Thank you for making this hose available and at a reasonable price and fast delivery.

The quality of the hose is excellent, though it is quite a bit more expensive than just buying hose from your local RV parts place. Also, make sure you confirm the diameter. I should have purchased 1 3/8 inch hose. Made it work with some grinding.
