Q:It doesn't pick up local channels？
A:First: Please connect both the USB and RF ports of our antenna to your TV/DVD.
Second: Make sure the cables of the antenna are stretched out and not tied together.
Third: Please put the antenna near the open position, the head of the antenna receiving signal source should not be blocked.
Fourth:TV setup menu, set CHANNAL mode to Auto Scan.
Fifth: If the operation is not clear, please read the operation guide and manual carefully, or please to tell us!
Q:Why does the Portable TV/DVD Player seem to be unable to power on?
A:Please make sure the machine is fully charged. When not using the machine, please turn the power switch to the OFF position to save power. If you still can't turn it on, please to tell us!
Q:Why can't Portable TV/DVD Player read the disc?
A:First: check your discs when scratched and damaged (Blu-ray discs are not supported).
Second: Check if the movement is close to the centre position, if not, please push the movement by hand to the position close to the centre point.

I bought this one refurbished from the company with Amazon. Great little TV while on the go!sounds great! Perfect I can actually speak into the controller and it works just great! I love it. And I travel a lot! So wi-Fi or not the antenna picks up a lot of Chanel’s! Great picture! Great value for the money.

Picture quality is good and all features function as they should. Battery life is reasonable; however, there is no battery life indicator on the screen. Overall good product and value.

Love multi media cd, dvd, tv and firestick. Easy set up, picture and sound quality is good. It is easy to use small and light. Remote is easy to use. The antenna cord is long and works best unrolled. The antenna does use the USB port for enhanced signal. Stick works well. Keep in mind the stick will need a power source. Have not figured out how to use the stick without plugging it in outlet. Battery life is pretty good just be sure to turn off the stand by switch on the side of the unit. The two items that could use improvement is antenna plug on the unit. You can not fold up the tv to stand on side because the antenna connection (I created a stand that lifts it up so problem solved). The other item that is not a real big issue is that on the local channel on movies it gives a narration of the scene. I have not been able to find where to turn that off. Battery indicator would also be helpful. Good little unit, but still new time will tell.

This will be great for power outages. It’s a great little tv and dvd player. The size is great for road trips and sitting on the deck. The remote is full size. The picture quality is excellent. It was super easy to setup I didn’t even need to read the manual.I thought it had an FM tuner but I couldn’t locate it. You can HDMI a Firestick but it is not compatible with Roku or other android streamers as stated in the manual.

When i got the TV i didn’t think it would pick up many channels out even look very good with what channels it did pick up. I was surprised how well it did with the included antenna. The antenna has two plugs a USB and a regular screw in for the back of the unit. You will need to plug in the usb to give the antenna a extra boost. I was also surprised how well the picture looked. I’m glad i bought this TV and DVD player.

This unit is not a LED screen. It is a LCD screen. This is the second unit I buy and never got a LED screen. I will never purchase a Feihe again. Also this unit is not Full high definition . This unit 's native resolution is 720P at best.

I liked the clarity, size of unit, and the fact that I could use the HDMI input and watch You Tube. Could not get unit to detect TV signals or to read my made CDs. Manufacturer Feihe was excellent in trying to find the cause of it not being able to receive TV stations. Very patient Customer Service Staff. Unfortunately, I had to return unit, as I had primarily bought the unit for use on power outages.
