Excellent exerciser package for fingers and hands. Whether you are recovering for an injury or simply want to strengthen your hand and fingers, this is great. Many different types of devices to help. Highly recommend.

I have problems with handwriting (my hands cramp up way too quickly) and have been struggling to learn guitar due to finger dexterity, so I bought this set after checking what was rated highly by customers and considering price. Overall, I'm very happy with this set; the only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 (I wish I could give it a 4.5) is the set could benefit from a booklet of instructions and possibly exercises to explain how to use the different pieces. I'm guessing people who most often buy this are either athletes who already know what they need or people who have had a physical therapist tell them what they need, so maybe that's not a main concern for marketing. It might also have been nice to have some form of storage included with the kit, even just one of those very basic drawstring bags they include with everything now as a starter item before you have to buy a real storage case or whatever--because yay capitalism--but I can sew one up quickly for myself or improvise a solution.Otherwise, I like the variety of pieces in this kit and once you figure out the color-coding, most of it is pretty easy to figure out, or you just have to Google for it. The silicone pieces feel durable and of a decent quality, and I like that the grip press unexpectedly has a rep counter in the handle. For this price, this kit seems so far to be quite the deal, and I'm happy with it!

My husband had hand surgery several months ago when he severed the four tendons across the back of his hand with an axle grinder. These have really helped him in the ongoing recovery process to exercises his hand and forcing grip strength.

I have pieces of this set almost everywhere I sit. I have them in both cars, at my desk, near the television, etc. I had carpal tunnel surgery done to both wrists/hands about 4 yeras ago. I lost a lot of strength and some mobility. I use these tools regularly and my strength and mobility are improving. Thanks!

This group of gadgets lets me do different exercises for my hand. I am 1 year out from a tendon transfer and have been cleared to do all strengthening and stretching. I like the variety because the exercises don’t get old.

I have gotten a few different kits. The resistance level for me wasn't hard enough. The finger stretchers was the best part of this. I had to buy different kits to adequately work out my grip strength

made for small hands. I can only use finger "gun" and the 4-finger individual spring compressor (fingers slide off due to stroke issues). The idea is ok and cheap enough to experiment. Will look for better quailty (that guarantees INDIVIDUAL finger exercises) and larger options for everything. Eggs and donuts too small to squeeze. My opinion is these are made for smaller (Asian?) hands.
